Planning a mission trip is much like planning a military battle plan. It takes a team effort and months of planning and networking to launch a successful mission plan.
There are literally thousands of Christian mission sending agencies. Not every sending agency is going to be the right fit for you. However, you should prayerfully investigate each to become aware of their biblical stance and goals. This is a task that should not be undertaken alone.

Founded in 1942 as “New Tribes Mission” it has been their goal to reach the unreached people groups of this world in order to help fulfill Christ great commission in Matthew 28:16-20.
Ethnos 360 is one of the mission agencies that I am most familiar. When I dig into the layers of Ethnos 360 I am amazed by how much they are involved in sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ in more ways then in a far off land. They are involved so very much here at home in numerous ways.
It is my humble opinion that this agency is one that serious minded mission seekers should at the very least become familiar.

OUR WORK
We are committed to developing healthy, self-sustaining national churches.
The pastor and his family live among their people at the standard of living in their community. We provide a full-time salary for the first year and then gradually decrease the amount each year as the local church of new believers takes on the responsibility of their pastor’s salary.
We support indigenous pastors in their own countries, working among their own people.
In this way, language and cultural barriers are non-existent, and the message of the Gospel can spread more quickly. The ministry continues even during a political upheaval or natural disaster because the pastors are citizens and will remain in their country. Our focus is global; we support pastors proclaiming Christ in Japan, Myanmar, the Philippines, the Middle East, and Africa.
We choose men who work with the accountability, oversight, and encouragement provided by our Field Directors and visits by our President and Board Members.
Samaritan’s Purse is a organization that is laser focused on one thing spreading love through God’s Word and your talents.
The Bible teaches us that the Body of Christ is many and each has a special talent (gift) that serves the entire body.
Samaritan’s Purse is such a missions body – serving the whole of humanity through the gifts that God has bestowed upon each of us in Christ’s Body.
